Network Marketing: Network Marketing is a business model that allows a company to market their products directly to consumers by means of relationship referral and direct selling. The way that this works is by having the independent distributors develop their organization by recruiting a downline of people under them who also build their own teams. So lets say that person A recruits person B.
Person B becomes very excited and buys the company's products. Person B then starts to recruit his own team and sponsors person C. When person C buys the products, person A and B get commissions on that. Distributors earn a commission on the sales efforts and team building of their organization, which includes their own efforts as well as the leveraged sales efforts of their downline team.
3. Online Affiliate Programs: Affiliate programs are run by ecommerce websites looking for ways to increase their sales. Anyone with a website can actually sign up with their program.
Once a person signs up with their affiliate program, they are given a direct link that they can send customers to. Once the affiliate sells a product through their own affiliate link, they get a commission for that. Here is a small example.
